Refunds and returns are only possible if the item is faulty.

Goods leave us in perfect condition, well wrapped in padded bio-degradable envelopes. We rarely accept returns and they must be agreed in advance. Even if accepted, shipping costs for returning items are almost always the customer's. Please think carefully before you buy.

We cannot guarantee delivery to multiple occupancy buildings as fellow residents may take in parcels that are then lost or mislaid. Even when a parcel is sent special delivery at a premium price, anyone in a multiple occupancy building may sign for it and the Post Office will not return your money or ours. Requesting us to deliver to a mutliple occupancy building is entirely at your risk.
